- Los Angeles based property management firm is looking for an admin assistant to join the team.
- This position will be working out of the corporate office which is minutes away from DTLA. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, printing, assisting with meetings, company events, preparation of meetings, etc.
- Prepare several reports utilizing Microsoft Excel on a regular basis (e.g., weekly report, vacancy report, etc.)
- Coordinate with various team members and generate reports as per co-worker’s needs Assist with expenditure approvals from outside management companies and Asset managers Manage meetings, calendar appointments, coordinate lunch for various office staff members Answer phone calls and emails; handle incoming and outgoing communications Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Required to work out of the corporate office, this is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
