- The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing high-level executive analysis, department administration, systems access/technical administration, onboarding of staff, emergency response documentation/coordination, and working in conjunction with and/or acting on behalf of UCSF Finance leadership.
- Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
- The UCSF Finance organization delivers full financial services and related systems for all UCSF faculty, staff, and students, the UCSF Foundation, all University departments (campus and UCSF Health), and any outside entities who have a business relationship with the University.
- Departments include Budget & Resource Management, the Controller's office, the FAS Finance Service Center, Risk Advisory & Insurance Services, and Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, basic fundraising processes, risk management planning, website design, accounting and payroll, and contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.
