- The Team Leader works in conjunction with the Chief Program Officer, Program Manager, Program Director, and Psychiatric Supervisor to provide overall clinical leadership and responsibility for monitoring participant treatment, rehabilitation, and support services provided by the Child ACT Team, as well as supports the clinical supervision, education, and training of other team members.
- Staff clinical duties could include but are not limited to intake, evaluation, assessment, supervision, side-by-side support, co-facilitation of psycho education groups, co-facilitation of Family Education and Support and case management for individuals and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other members of inter-agency programs (MIS, utilization management, HR, finance, development, foster care, leadership and administrative staff) to meet the customer service and clinical needs of participants and families.
- Includes internal and external CCA’s, PCPs, Medical Evaluations, and Psychological Testing.
- Valid clinical NC license in a human service related field (i.e., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, LCSW, LPC / LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, etc.)
