- LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a national retailer to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Berkeley, California.
- Your duties will include a full range of accounts payable activities including invoice and purchase order reconciliation, reconciliation and payment of freight invoices, expense invoices, merchandise invoices and scanning of documentation.
- Reconcile invoice to purchase order and work with internal stakeholders across the business and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure aging items are managed proactively
- Work closely with warehouses, purchasing department and vendors to resolve payment related issues
