- Crossbeam Investments, LLP, a Seattle-based property management company is searching for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team!
- The Accounts Payable Assistant performs accounting and clerical tasks that are related to accounts payable transactions including receiving and logging invoices, maintaining and updating an accounts payable ledger, generating financial statements and reports, and other financial matters as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations.
- The Accounts Payable Assistant will work 100% on-site at our corporate office in Pioneer Square, downtown Seattle.
- Office Support - filing, data retention, mail, and other duties.
- Process Invoices - stamping coding and approval stamps,
