Responsibilities: • Recording daily financial transactions and completing the posting process in QuickBooks • Processing accounts receivable/payable and bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner • Managing Human Resources onboarding documentation and benefits submissions for new and existing employees • Supporting the preparation of audit documentation as requested • Researching and correcting account discrepancies • Developing spreadsheet reports to analyze financial information and options • Researching and interpreting data to answer accounting and financial questions • Assisting in providing management reports and schedules • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Utilizing skills in Accounting Software Systems, Acomba, Cl Programming, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM AS/400, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Check Processing, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with Acomba software • Knowledge of Cl Programming • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Experience with IBM AS/400 software is desirable • Proficiency in About Time software • Understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skilled in Check Processing • Proficiency in QuickBooks • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Detail-oriented and organized • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • A strong understanding of business ethics.
