What You'll Do It's on you to establish and maintain business relationships within Las Vegas and across the country to identify renewal and new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include: <ul> <li> Identifying new business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, networking and social media. </li> <li> Conduct presentations to prospects and industry groups </li> <li> Negotiating pricing and products with prospective clients. </li> <li> Meeting and exceeding sales goals and overall objectives. </li> <li> Developing sales plans, forecast data and customer database. </li> <li> Collaborating with other team members to determine solutions to best meet customer needs. </li> <li> Identifying key decision makers and conducting effective presentations. </li> <li> Attending job-related trainings and participating in internal meetings. </li> <li> Attend trade shows and travel as needed </li> </ul> Who You Are You know Las Vegas like the back of your hand. You also have the following qualifications: Minimum: <ul> <li> 12 years of experience in a related field, <ul> <li> OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 8 years of experience in a related field, </li> <li> OR a MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 6 years of experience in a related field, </li> <li> OR a Ph.D. in a related discipline with 3 years of experience in a related field.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li> 3 years of successful business-to-business outside sales experience with quotas and cold calling. </li> <li> 3 or more years of technology or telecommunications sales experience. </li> <li> Experience in the hospitality industry. </li> <li> Knowledge of local telecom market and local contacts. </li> <li> History of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. </li> <li> Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills </li> <li> Skills should include financial acumen, technical certifications in Wi-fi and Video. </li> <li> Experience with field sales, pipeline development, new lead generation and prospecting </li> <li> A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation. </li> </ul> With Cox, a bright future is a sure thing. Apply today! USD 71,800.00 - 107,600.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $71,800.00 - $107,600.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $36,600.00. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
