- The role of the Account Director, Account Management is to partner closely with the Managing Partner to manage a portfolio of spirits accounts focused on integrated marketing (partnerships, talent & influencer, entertainment, PR/comms) inclusive of cultural strategy, internal engagement, social strategy, creative content development, account management and activation.
- Work alongside leads of the speciality practices (Strategy, Influencer/Talent, Culture, PR/Earned Media, and Experiential) to bring best-in-class thinking to every client assignment.
- Oversight and management of the account’s financials alongside the team Business Manager including budgeting, staffing (planning and utilization), SOW development and client procurement process.
- Must have relevant experience in the talent & influencer marketing space and knowledge of social/digital marketing.
- Ability to command a room as a dynamic speaker with strategic credibility fuelled with analytical insights.
