- The Account Coordinator/Customer Service Rep will support customers with price credits/debits, samples, product availability in addition to answering customer account inquiries and investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner.

- Act as Sales liaison for customer related administrative functions but not limited to price credits/debits, samples, product availability follow-up and price page communicationAnswering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps.
- Expediting orders as required.
- High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years' of account coordinator, sales and/or customer service experience with technical products.
