- Position Purpose:The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to facilitate and support communication strategies under the direction of the Practice Transformation Account Manager.
- The Account Coordinator/Analyst assists the Practice Transformation Account Manager and the Program Director with analyzing reports, coordinating meetings and prepares presentations for various stakeholders.
- Works in conjunction with the Practice Transformation Account Manager to identify new groups and/or new services.
