- Primary Responsibilities include providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) processing support to all Client Branches and Client Service Teams, answer case/phone inquiries from Client Branches and telephone inquiries for broker dealer firms, provide support to outsourced vendor, escalate any issues accordingly and set expectations for Client Branches throughout the ACAT process, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends.
- Organizational skills, efficient communication, ability to multitask, attention to detail and a readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency are of importance for this position.
