- In conjunction with the Director of Strategic Programs and Business Development, the incumbent manages and oversees the Business Development efforts for the College of Engineering (CoE) within UC Santa Barbara, working collaboratively with the Corporate Partnership Manager.
- Corporate Engagement for Strategic Recruiting: The Associate Director supervises the Corporate Relations and Student Recruitment Manager who in conjunction directs the strategy for targeting new corporate engagements for the purpose of creating new career/intern opportunities for students.
