- The Family and Community Engagement Manager is responsible for assisting the Engagement Center Director in the planning, monitoring, and implementation of services and compliance for Unique Populations.
- Under the direction of the Engagement Center Director, this position also oversees the day-to-day operation of the district resource center and provides guidance and support to staff within the Family and Community Engagement line of authority for both department and campus staff.
- Family And Community Engagement Manager Responsibilities
- In coordination with the Engagement Center Director, provide supervisory support to staff in regard to professional development, coaching, and performance reviews (auditing/monitoring).
- Conducts audits related to Synergy documentation, intake forms, database, and Unique Populations data and provides appropriate feedback to staff.
