Required to work as a team or within a team of other community support workers to provide programming for clients at the Burgess Road After School Program.
Coordinate counseling efforts with mental health professionals or other health professionals, such as doctors, nurses, or social workers.
Keeps formalized employment plans and goals for individuals according to their interests and abilities which corresponds to the Individual Plan of Care (IPC).
