- All SAs should have complete knowledge of the food and bar menus, as well as a complete understanding of host and support staff procedures
Bartenders will maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service and are also responsible for verifying identification and age of patrons.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures, within the framework of TC Restaurant Group principles.
They will also play an integral role in creating and implementing new menu entrees or specials.
