The incumbent must be an excellent writer, editor and communicator who can work with scientists, faculty, leadership development and other staff.
Serves as a technical expert for one or more mission-critical systems (which may involve multiple technologies); resolve issues forwarded by junior staff.
Work with core staff, IT, and Institute scientists to make sure adequate software, pipelines, and tools are available and working properly.
