This role will manage all aspects of the warehouse that include but are not limited to safety, development, personnel scheduling, and workload assignments.
The business development manager will also be responsible for growing and managing 1-3 sales representatives within their territory.
The fleet manager will develop relationships with each driver and clients, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience.
