Currently we are looking for a call center Trainer whose position will be to facilitate training of new hires as well as current employees.
They will also be responsible to staff and hire a full NSD training team.
follow up with new and current service providers by both site visits and phone calls to ensure satisfactory service for our clients as well as our providers.
They will manage this team with regards to dispatching out our service providers to assist a customer who has an issue with their vehicle.
Must be customer-centric and have experience in developing, improving existing materials and facilitating knowledge base of agents in a fast-paced environment.
