The Program Supervisor is a part of our Life Choices Program, providing services to the Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled population (IDD).
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist consumers in the application process for SSI/SSDI using the SOAR process.
This includes, but is not limited to establishing a welcoming environment, providing triage, and intake services to program participants.
A significant amount of the work is performed in the community, including consumer's homes and other sites where consumers receive services.
Most of the people that do work at NSO care about the consumers deeply and really want to help make a difference in the lives of others.
