The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
You will report to the Property Manager and will work with various other leaders on staff to implement some of your responsibilities outlined above.
Provide access to residents to assist them with all the property management needs.
A minimum of 15 years in affordable housing asset management and/or development, to include management and closing of affordable real estate transactions.
