Conducts family assessments to determine needs for case management and other referrals as well as the development of an IFSP.
The mission of Family Focus is to promote the well-being of children from birth by supporting and strengthening their families in and with their communities.
This is a unique role that develops major giving relationships to increase contributions from individual and family donors.
Support the group facilitator in ensuring that the program fulfills our mission, funder objectives and is in line with the Principles of Family Support.
