Be responsible for developing a manager as assigned by the corporate Office including sign-off on all competencies and assist in his/her placement.
Assist Front Desk with Express Check-outs newspaper delivery and with van runs as requested or applicable to the needs of the Hotel.
Be familiar with all aimbridge hospitality policies and house rules as well as hospitality terminology.
Responsibilities: QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
Maintain visual contact with the Front Desk/night auditor and the front door of the hotel by remaining in the Lobby area when not on property walks.
