Arcadia Care - SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this job position is to assist in providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Maintain knowledge of current goals/objectives that each resident is working on and encouraging the resident to do so.
When the Mobile DON is not needed as an interim DON, this position will provide regional support for nurse education.
Assist in hiring, training, planning assigning and directing the work of facility staff as needed.
Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times, hostile people within the facility.
