- The Senior Customer Success Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for large customer accounts.
- Primary contact for external communications via email, telephone, and conference calls with assigned large complex customer accounts ensuring a positive relationship is maintained.
- Perform contract review on all orders prior to loading data into company’s ERP system
- Gathers customer-success metrics ,and data as directed and identifies areas of improvement to management.
- Works the with company’s value stream manager(s) to understand the delivery status on open orders and communicate as necessary to customers any changes to the committed delivery schedule.
