- The Senior Training and Quality Assurance Manager ("STQAM") is a visionary leader responsible for establishing, administering, and executing a robust training and compliance program that supports business operations and the training needs of TPS employees while remaining compliant with all policies and procedures.
- The TQAM and their team work alongside the HR team to create the first impression of TPS and set the standard for the employee experience.
- Evaluate current Training and QA program/materials and develop a revised Training and QA strategy to ensure a robust program that provides not only an introduction to TPS's culture, values, and essential job functions but also provides ongoing training opportunities and a library of reference materials for career development across the organization.
- Work closely with various departments of TPS including but not limited to Accounting, Marketing, Regional Maintenance and other Property
