- Under the supervision of the Director of Advising and Counseling Services, the employee is responsible for facilitating communications and providing information to the general public related to admissions, advising, financial aid, business office and other departments on campus.
- The secretary/receptionist will perform various secretarial and general clerical support duties to include typing, reception, filing, and basic record-keeping following well-established policies, procedures, and routines.
- Provides accurate and up-to-date information to students, visitors, and callers regarding functions of different departments (Advising, Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Testing) and refers them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provides clerical support for the Advising Center, to including typing, reception, filing, and basic record keeping.
- Provides guests with enrollment dates, registration information, and assist with locating either Faculty-Advisors or Student Success Advisors.
