- Facebooks Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead Campaign Activation efforts for the Small Business Sales team.
- The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Facebooks mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools.
- The role of the Sales Manager, Campaign Activations is to work with the central Programs team and the Regional Sales teams to design and deliver successful global sales sprints and seasonal campaigns end-to-end in order to drive Facebook advertising revenue.
- In this capacity, the role will partner with regional and cross-functional teams to define seasonal client solution and selling strategies, work with cross-functional teams to streamline global resource and customize content development, create an annual seasonal moments GTM cadence for regional sales team, and work with regional leads to support broader go-to-market plans where appropriate.
- The Campaign Activations lead will also play a role in organizing and refining sales incentive levers for our outsourced agent sellers (e.g. spiffs) to drive adoption of core campaigns in coordination with regions and other relevant cross-functional teams.
