- Our translational research focuses on the development of preclinical biomedical cancer models (including mouse and pig models) and utilization of these models for the discovery of novel therapeutics and diagnostics.
- This project includes cell culture and animal experiments, and will employ cutting edge technologies including CRISPR gene editing.
- Design and perform advanced in vitro and in vivo experiments, including the use of mammalian cell culture, CRISPR gene editing, lentiviral transduction, immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and animal procedures.
