- The Nursery Alliance Coordinator identifies opportunities for neonatal partnerships in the community and to plan, implement, evaluate and enhance patient care activities which improve neonatal clinical outcomes for patients cared for by AC affiliated nurseries across the state.
- Experience in care coordination, strategic planning, and case management preferred
- Experience with driving public health initiatives such as lowering infant mortality rates preferred
- Utilizes ADH and other neonatal and infant market and outcomes data to help develop and prioritize plans for recruiting NICU Alliance members.
- Facilitates networking to connect potential nursery alliance partners to key AC teams.
