- Bachelor#s degree in Food and Nutrition, Health Care or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience in health care food service is preferred.
- Must have successfully completed a formal internship and/or have qualification for membership in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or is a member of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
- Licensed Dietitian with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation preferred.
