- Oversee the design, implementation and administrative of the employee benefits program - health and welfare, wellness and retirement plans.
- Work with benefits broker/consultants, vendors and third-party administrator to ensure effective delivery of benefit services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing benefits and compensation, including ERISA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and other federal and state regulations.
- Analyze benefit and compensation plans as part of acquisition due diligence, and oversee enrollment of acquired employees into the benefit plans and compensation structure.
- CEBS, CCP, CMS and/or SPHR/PHR certification a plus.
