- Engage key partners as needed, including internal HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Workplace Services, and Legal Teams, and external healthcare providers, third-party disability administrator, and sometimes Workplace Services when impacted
- Thorough knowledge of leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, Accommodations, Worker’s Compensation, STD and LTD, Return to Work process and other applicable laws including an understanding of the interactive ADA process and effectively administering it
