- Reporting to the Director, myPath Training and Employee Development, this position is responsible for the design and development of creative, learner-centered, performance-based systems training programs, modules, and materials in multiple platforms including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, interactive elearning, videos, webinars, database simulations, user manuals, job aides, facilitator guides, auxiliary practice, review, and resource materials.
- Among the key duties of this position are the following:Responsible for determining the course structure and levels, documenting, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling training requests within the divisional Learning Management System (LMS), and evaluating training assessments.
- Navigates within the LMS (Learning Management System) to become familiar with the training landscape.
- Identifies and resolves gaps or improvements to curriculum design.
