- SummaryThe HR Operations Associate is responsible for performing daily, tactical operations essential to maintaining a workforce, including associate master data maintenance, data governance, reporting, and other tasks in support of the Human Resources department.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities Update and maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accurate associate data across the associate lifecycle, including new hires, benefits enrollment, life events, job and personal data changes, transfers, promotions, pay changes, reorganizations, terminations, etc.
- Answer Tier 1 benefits questions during Open Enrollment and throughout the benefit plan year.
- Lead the generalist portion of New Associate Welcome sessions.
- High-level of understanding of the HRIS system concepts from a functional and technical perspective.
