- The HR Manager will gather and maintain statistical data on the movement of the workforce in order to provide relevant and timely reporting to senior management.
- Essential Functions:Partners with GM/Founder/CPO to execute the Company’s Human Resource & talent management strategies, assesses current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
- Performs Benefits Administration and Performance Management functions.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in Human Resources, Talent Management and employment law.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):Communication – ability to adapt communication skills to target audience and situation.
