- Responsible for managing the food and beverage service in the outlets including Billows Lodge (casual restaurant/bar with multi-game simulators and heated hitting bays) as well as the informal and fast-food services of the Halfway House, pool/cabana and beverage carts.
- Provide assistance with managing the food and beverage service in the clubhouse dining room.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Buildings Superintendent and Director of Golf.
- Inspects outlet facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other programs are in place in areas of responsibility.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Food and Beverage Director.
