- A Process Engineer is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, design, and validation of new manufacturing processes, serving as global technical subject matter expert, and providing technical guidance (both tactical and strategic) to deliver results against chocolate strategy.
- Individuals are expected to innovate in Global Chocolate Technology programs and will be responsible for building new capabilities, testing plans, and reporting on results for these programs from idea to factory validation within the chocolate making area.
- B.S degree in Food, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical or science related technical field
- A general knowledge of food science and chemistry and in-depth knowledge of specific job field.
- M.S or PhD degree in Food, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical or science related technical field
