- Coordinate responses to all legal claims i.e., Nebraska Equal Opportunity, Commission (NEOCC), United States Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC), United States Office of Civil Rights (OCR), City of Omaha Human Rights and Relations, and personal lawsuits.
- Coordinate all employee hearing and grievance requests.
- Master's Degree or higher with emphasis in education administration or personnel management.
- Minimum 3-5 years administrative/ supervisory experience and/or job-related experience, preferably in a large urban school district.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and community in a multicultural urban school district.
