- Electronic Records Training Specialist
- provides expertise and support in the education, development, and enhancement of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and practice management system utilized by the clinical practices at MFHS. This position develops an understanding of the application functionality, reporting capabilities, interfacing and integration associated with clinical applications and collaborates with business units on their needs.
- Responsible for the initial and on-going training and education of clinical users on features, operations, workflows, and usage of the EMR through in-person and virtual trainings, and through the creation and maintenance of written process instructions for all sites and users; Reads, processes, and educates all users on updates from the EMR vendor.
- PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background and FBI Fingerprint clearances required
