- The Director of Education/Associate Director of Operations will report to the executive director but will work closely with all staff, volunteers, and selected board committees.
- HCOC’s 54-acre campus is comprised of a 21,000 square foot museum, archives, and research center; an historic log cabin and schoolhouse, two historic farmsteads, a vintage baseball team, and cultivated farm fields and community gardens.
- Supervises: Buildings and Grounds Manager, Membership and Development Coordinator (front desk), Events and Rental Coordinator, Bookkeeper, Collections and Archives, Volunteers.
- Serve as deputy to the executive director, attending meetings, events, and appointments as needed when executive director is unavailable.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, history, public history, museum studies or in a related field.
