- Supports the museum’s internal strategy for paid search (SEM), SEO, and UGC, to support ticket sales, marketing campaigns, and content marketing.
- Execute and support digital initiatives in the areas of SEO, SEM, email marketing and emerging social media trends and capabilities to foster internal participation as well as prospect and visitor and member engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web and email analytic programs including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, Litmus, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
