- Staffmark has partnered with a logistics company in La Porte, TX, to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative.
- 1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers and business partners via telephone and email while monitoring the progress of deliveries.
- In addition, you will need to train in and understand warehouse processes to explain and relay information to customers effectively.
- The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics setting (including call center experience), proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, and strong customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
