- Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Team Manager who possesses a client-centric mindset to join our team at our Irving, TX campus!
- In this role, you are responsible for the proper management and day-to-day support for Correspondence Advisors who handle all Client contacts (via inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media).
- You are responsible for further developing the loyalty of the client and promoting the image, the Brand, and the products of Louis Vuitton.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized by being a visible presence and support, exploring creative solutions that will benefit the Client and the brand, resolving complex client situations, and ensuring the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved
- Provide backup coverage for phone, email, live chat, and social media communications as needed
