- Directly reporting to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, you'll lead the charge in ensuring the seamless implementation of fair compensation practices and delivering high-level retirement services.
- This position is eligible for a Hybrid (one day a week) work schedule after 90 days of employment
- Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentations in collaboration with the AVPHR, VP Finance and Administration, or other management staff as requested.
- Serve as the HR department’s technical point-of-contact for all employee-related data housed on the University’s mainframe system (Ellucian Colleague).
