- Essential Duties: Create alternative formats of documents using the following techniques: scanning documents using OCR software, editing and zoning documents, performing file conversions, and extracting data from publisher PDF files or scanned images.
- Assist in managing and processing captioning requests for the University.
- Create content and tactile images using specialized equipment such as the Tactile Graphic Machine & the Tiger Braille Embosser.
- Provide assistive technology training for students registered with the Miller Center for Student Disability Services and for faculty and staff.
