- We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for Georgia Tech’s athletic food service - Premium Suites and Clubs operations at Bobby Dodd Stadium (Football), Zelnak Center (Basketball), Russ Chandler Stadium (Baseball), and the Student Athletics Training Table.
- THE AGM will work closely with the Executive Chef and Regional Executive Chef to ensure we deliver on the standards our client expects.
- Responsibilities Oversee pre-planning, client relations, and event day execution of food service for sporting events, catering events, and the student athlete dining.
- Football oversees 77 suites, 4 clubs, bars, and 2 premium concessions Baseball oversees 8 suites and 1 club area Basketball oversees 1 large club area Student Training table runs daily with 2 meal periods Will work closely with Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Operations manager to ensure events and expectations are properly communicated to the BOH & FOH team.
