- Under minimal oversight, this role ensures that the Company’s compensation programs are optimized to support company objectives such as recruiting, retention and employee engagement.
- Develops and maintains compensation-related workflows and data both within and outside of the company’s HRIS system to ensure accurate record-keeping and delivery with regards to one-time payments, salary change events, discretionary program targets etc.
- Collaborates with HR Operations team to build JDs (inclusive of determining FLSA, EEOC and other worker statuses), price roles, match jobs and develop organizational structure.
- Experience with equity compensation and Equity Edge or other stock administration platform is preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
