Customer Relationships: The CIS will spend the majority of time working with customers to provide crop insurance coverage and follow up servicing. Sales and Marketing: The position will aggressively market risk management practices through crop/livestock insurance products.

Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned by the Bell Captain or Front Desk Manager. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include working as part of a retail sales team to provide best in class customer care. This is a retail sales position that requires a "can do" selling spirit and the ability to work as a team to meet the store's sales goals.

The CSA will promote sales and service to customers. The CSA is expected to maintain the excellent standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures, while always being pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Engage in continuous training and education in all areas of the Pick-n-Pull business. Promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture. Standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform customer care, product relocation and placement, and environmental health and safety functions.

Follow-Up Care: Coordinate and provide comprehensive follow-up services to ensure continuity of care for clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Experience in family, individual, and group therapy, as well as community educationProvisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD preferred)As a valued member of our team, we encourage professional growth and development through participation in staff training and community education initiatives.

Provides for appropriate communication of hearing screening results and follow-up scheduling of outpatient appointments per hearing screening results. Completes data entry, maintains equipment, orders supplies and paperwork related to the newborn hearing-screening program.

You will, at all times during shift, follow dress code as an Armed Security Officer consisting of respective department’s patrol uniform, complete with patrol duty gear. Must be a police officer or Sheriff Deputy.
