The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for managing the functionality of campus computers and printers, resetting student/faculty account passwords, evaluating and solving (or reassigning) account and network problems, creating work tickets for issues to be resolved by OIT staff, helping students if possible with personal laptop issues, answer phone calls/emails, and other duties as assigned.
