Current license issued by the State of Oregon as a Physical Therapist or current PT Compact privilege to practice in Oregon. + Monitors all patients under his/her care: supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Technicians who are involved with treatment, and assures appropriate treatment and documentation; submits a modified plan of care to the physician for altered plans of care; reports any adverse reactions to treatment or changes in condition to the physician as indicated.
